Q: What are your fees?
A: We are the only Handyman Services company with a FAIR sliding fee schedule with rates ranging from $65 to $95 per hour.  Pricing is transparent and adjusts according to the time, effort, skills, tools and materials required for each project.  Assembling IKEA furniture in your living room is a lot different than removing old appliances and installing a houseful of new appliances.  Your quote will specify the hourly rate before any work is done.  One hour minimum. 

Q: Are taxes included in the handyman fee?
A: No. A combined city, county and state tax of 9.85% is added to all handyman fees.

Q: What kind of handyman work do you do?
A: If we don’t do it, it doesn’t need fixing or improvement.  We cover general home repairs, furniture assembly, drywall patching, fixture installations, pressure washing, painting, and A LOT more. 

Q: Do you handle plumbing or electrical?
A: We do minor plumbing and electrical work.. Anything major will be referred to a licensed specialist.

Q: How long will my project take?
A: Depends of the job! Small fixes might take an hour, while bigger projects could span a day or two.  We’ll give you a time / materials estimate with your quote.

Q: Do I need to be home when the work is done?
A: Not always.  We work with many rentals that are not occupied.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes. We stand by the quality of our work and honor all warranties of products used on your project. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
